Dr de Hoog is an orthopaedic surgeon based in Townsville, Queensland. He holds the FRACS (Orth) fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, qualifying in 2018, and has subspecialty training in arthroplasty and upper limb surgery.
His practice covers hip and knee joint replacement, as well as surgery of the hand, wrist, and upper limb. Where injuries are better managed without surgery, Dr de Hoog refers patients to NQ Hand Care Clinic, co-located at the same North Ward premises.
